Everything you need to know before booking.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for most events. For large installations (weddings, corporate galas), 6–8 weeks gives us the best opportunity to source specialty balloons and block off the date. We do accommodate rush orders when our schedule allows — just ask.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in North Phoenix and serve the entire Greater Phoenix metro area including Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, and Surprise. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond 30 miles from North Phoenix.

Do you do the setup and takedown?

Yes! Delivery, professional setup, and takedown are included in all quotes. You don't need to worry about anything — just enjoy your event. Setup times are coordinated with your venue and event schedule. Tabletops, small sculptures and some arch backdrops will fit in the back of an SUV if you'd prefer to pick them up yourself.

How do I pay? Can I pay with a credit card?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date; the remaining balance is due 24 hours before your event. When we send your invoice, it will include a secure online payment link.

Can I see pricing before booking?

Our Pricing page has starting ranges for common packages, but every event is custom-quoted based on your specific needs. Submit an inquiry and we'll send a detailed quote — usually within 24 hours and always before any commitment is required.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Life happens! Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event receive a full refund of the deposit. Within 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled date. We're always happy to work with you.

Do you work outdoors?

Yes, with some caveats. Outdoor balloon installations are affected by heat, wind, and direct sunlight. In Phoenix's summer heat between April and October, outdoor latex balloons have a shorter lifespan. We recommend shaded areas ONLY. Indoors with A/C is your best bet year-round.

Can I choose my own colors?

Absolutely — color matching is one of our specialties. We stock an extensive range of latex balloons from leading manufacturers including Qualatex, Sempertex, and TUFTEX. If you have a corporate palette, a Pantone color, or a hex code, we'll find the closest match.

Do you rent balloon frames or arches?

Many smaller installations (indoor columns, arch backdrops) are "drop and go", meaning you can keep or toss the backdrop and column stands. Larger installations with curtains, frames, and arches are equipment rental and require recovery. These fees will be itemized on your quote/invoice.
